It only uses what is in your draft. It will not add facts, examples or promises that were not there, so the meaning stays yours.

What makes it work
- Paste the whole draft. It needs the full text to keep the meaning and the order of what you say.
- Say who will read it. A note to a client and one to a friend should not sound the same, even with the same facts.
- Say how it should sound. "Plain and direct" or "warm but short" is enough to steer it.

Given the draft "I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to reach out regarding the upcoming project timeline and kindly request an update at your earliest convenience", for a client, in a plain, direct tone, a rewrite along these lines is what to expect:

Same request, without the stock opening. If you want it warmer or a little longer, ask in the chat and it rewrites it.

Is make it sound human free?
Yes. Hemmingway has a free trial with no card needed, and this tool opens it with your draft filled in. You sign up once, and the rewrite is written in the chat.
Will this get my text past AI detectors?
It is not built for that, and we do not test it against detectors. It is built so the person reading your message finds it clear and natural. It is also not meant for work you are supposed to write yourself, such as coursework or exams.
Why does it sound more human than other rewriters?
Hemmingway-1, the model behind it, came first on sounding like a person in our own blind test, Human-Likeness. It is English-first, so it works best on English drafts.
Is my draft used for training?
