Say what the job is, what the person will do in an ordinary week, what they must have done before, and the pay. It lists only what you told it. No benefits, perks, requirements or company history are added to make the advert look fuller.
What makes it work
- Describe the week, not the wish. "Run payroll for 9 staff" tells a candidate whether they can do the job. "Support the finance function" does not.
- Require only what you would turn someone down for. Move the rest to "you can learn this here".
- State the pay and the hours. Otherwise a candidate has to ask.
- Say how to apply and by when. A CV, a form, and a closing date.

Before you post it
Rules on job adverts differ by country, on discrimination and in some places on stating pay. The tool leaves out anything about age, gender or background, but it is not legal advice, so have whoever handles hiring read it.
