What makes it work
Good wedding speeches are short, specific and kind. The ones that go wrong run long, lean on quotes, or tell a joke that embarrasses someone. This tool is set up to tell your stories plainly and keep the jokes gentle.
- Give one or two real stories. A story with a place and a moment in it beats a list of good qualities.
- Set a length. About three minutes is plenty for most speeches. Say it, and it will fit.
- Say the tone you want. Funny, then warm at the end is common, but some speeches should be warm throughout.
