Put in the couple's names and how you know them, and Hemmingway writes wedding wishes for the card, the guest book or a message on the morning. It writes to both of them, about them as a pair.
What you type is all it has. It will not make up how they met, how long they have been together or a story from the hen night.
What makes a wedding wish good
- Write to both. You may know one far better. Give that person a line, then bring the other in by name.
- Write about them, not about marriage. "He learned to sail for you" is a wedding wish. "Marriage is a partnership" is a leaflet.
- Skip the advice. "Never go to bed angry" is for people who were asked. So are jokes about the ball and chain, the cost, or how long it took.
- Match the couple. A blessing or religious wording only if you know it suits them. Ask for it in the last box.
An example
Asked for a warm, fairly traditional card to a cousin called Anneke and her partner Joost, where you grew up next door to Anneke and met Joost last summer, he learned to sail because she would not stop talking about it, and you will be at the wedding, a message along these lines is what to expect:
Dear Anneke and Joost,
Anneke, I have known you since we lived next door to each other, so I say this with some authority: you chose well.
Joost, anyone who learns to sail because she would not stop talking about it is the right person.
Congratulations to you both. I'm so glad I'll be there to see it, and I wish you every happiness.

Answer "no" in the fourth box and it adds one line saying you are sorry to miss it, with no long excuse.

Is the wedding wishes generator free?

How long should a wedding card message be?
Three to five lines. That is room to congratulate them both, say one true thing about them and wish them well. If you hardly know the couple, three lines are plenty.
Can it write a religious wedding message?
Yes. Ask for it in the last box, and say which faith or tradition if it matters. Without that it keeps the wording secular, since it has no way to know what the couple believe.
Will it sound like AI?
